Application to The INDEMNUS Fund Program is open to any charitable non-profit 501(c)(3) organization operating within the United States. All requests will be reviewed by the IF committee for approval. Completed applications should be faxed to the attention of The INDEMNUS Fund-Program Coordinator at (515)274-1181. Only completed applications will be considered.
