Q. Are INDEMNUS policies the same as those offered by other agencies?
A. Yes. INDEMNUS represents only the most reputable and stable insurance carriers in the industry. Our lead partners are rated A+ (superior) by AM Best. Policies offered are the same as those offered by other agents.
Q. What if my policy is already written with one of the affiliated insurance companies?
A. If your policy is already insured with one of our partner carriers and you would like to enroll it into the program, please contact us at 1-800-979-9030.
Q. There is an insurance agent within my organization. I want to participate but I am uncertain on how to proceed.
A. We wish we could tell you that insurance agents are interested in donating their income to charity. Our program works because of the superior workflows and automation developed by INDEMNUS. All fundraising comes with some degree of discomfort. With the substantial pledge we offer, hopefully you'll find ours is minimal.
Q. How does the program work?
A. The IF committee will review and approve applications based on certain merits. If needed, INDEMNUS can conduct a 'QuoteDrive' for an approved campaign. Donations for policies sold will be dispersed quarterly and will be based on member policy retention.
Q. What types of projects will you serve?
A. We will accept applications from any U.S.-based non-profit 501(c)(3) organization seeking to establish a long-term sustainable source of income. Interested organizations should contact The INDEMNUS Fund program coordinator at 1-(515)274-1111 extension 710.
Q. What types policies are available for the program?
A. All personal insurance products such as automobile, homeowners, personal umbrella, mobile home, and recreational vehicles such as boats, snowmobile, travel-trailers, motorcycle and term life policies qualify for the program.
Q. I am unsure of how to best sell this program to our membership
A. We don't want you to sell insurance. You should however create awareness of the affinity program by placing information in your newsletter, a link on your website, direct mailings and email and telephone blasts. An INDEMNUS Fund account representative will be assigned to your organization and work with you to develop a marketing strategy.
