Welcome to the Indemnus Fund, a significant step forward in the funding of non-profit organizations.
We recognize three key challenges with any type of traditional fundraising or capital campaign. Banquets, gala dinners, golf outings and the like require heavy volunteer support, substantial expense and a 'one and done' approach.
The Indemnus Fund generates income derived from a household expense. Our affinity programs require no volunteer support and zero cost to your organization. The income you earn from a program is both substantial and perpetual.
Together with our partner insurance carriers Allied Insurance, Progressive, Nationwide Insurance and EMC National Life we contribute the money that would normally be paid to an insurance agent to our affiliated 'charities of choice' instead.
The Indemnus Fund was established in November of 2006 with the purpose of supporting local charities and the communities that they serve. The charter of the Fund is to pledge a substantial portion of the income derived from the sale of insurance policies to sponsored charitable organizations.
The Indemnus Fund operates in all 50 states and is supported by the affiliated network of insurance companies that it represents.
The Indemnus Fund is socially responsible insurance.
Here's what our charities of choice are saying about the Indemnus Fund program:
"The Cystic Fibrosis Foundation is very grateful for our partnership with the INDEMNUS Fund. Not only is INDEMNUS supporting life saving CF research, but our CF families and volunteers are, in many cases, saving money on their insurance needs. Thank you, INDEMNUS Fund, for helping the lives of those who suffer from cystic fibrosis!"
-Kathy Salisbury, Development Director, Cystic Fibrosis Foundation
"As a non-profit CEO, I am struck by just how hard INDEMNUS has worked at the charitable aspect of their business. It is truly something that they are enthused about and I can see how it drives them. This is a special organization, and it shows in their commitment to the community."
-Brett Ridge, Executive Director, The Make-A-Wish Foundation of Iowa
